What is Next

1. An ageeement, an NDA and a contingency grant will be signed prior to auction launch.
2.Every auction will have very specific terms and conditions posted for bidders to read and accept prior to placing a bid. You can approve those terms upon receipt.
3. You can decide on what home you would like to auction off or use the Sample.
4. I will make the web site or blog complete with a unique registration page for your auction. This registration will automatically close at the required number of bidders.
5. A unique bank account will be opened for the SOLE purpose of this auction and all funds entrusted will remain in escrow until the auction closes. We will use Pay Pal for the Pay portal...this takes 72 hours to set up a new bank account.
6. The auction will launch (go public) at a time agreed upon by both of us.
7. I will make myself available for questions and answers in person, by phone, fax and email until the close of every auction and after as needed.
8. Your role is to share the link(s) I create for you in any matter that you see fit, to through and including your web site, email, social networking sites, brochures, word of mouth and/or visible advertising in the office. (Pays to be chatty here) In addition, you and I will be responsible to create the welcome package for the successful bidder utilizing members programs, products and services.
9. My role is to advertise the property on a Global syndication platform that can place us in 150 Countries, Currencies and Languages. In addition, My role is to create all the links for you, maintain the database of bidders, run the auction, close the auction and deliver to you the successful bidder with a bank check for $1Million Dollars drawn from the escrow Attorney as per pre-agreed upon by the Seller. You will also receive proper reporting on ALL bids placed complete with the amount, name, user ID, time of placement, email address and phone number.
10. Outside of that, I will commit to you and ask of you to be honest, ethical, moral, proper accounting and due diligent.

Furthermore, for advertising purposes it would be ideal to get the successful bidder on camera to accept their stunning new home package...so we can do it again with a success story.

If we agree to work together, the following tasks will be my next step:

1. Completed Documents Agreed Upon by All Parties.
2. Complete General Terms and Conditions and Q&A for Specific Auction
3. Complete the About Page(s) for Specific Details in Regards to the Auction, the Seller, the Broker and the Jewish Federation
4. Meet with Specific Business Owners in a Forum Style Environment and build the Welcome Package. Then complete the About Our Sponsors Page Show Casing those Specific Business Owners
5. Check New Pay Pal Policies to Date to Ensure No New Additional Fees
6. Build a New Registration Form+ Unique Locked Database for Specific Auction.
7. Extend Registration Form to cut at Required Number of Participants
8. Open New Bank Account for Unique Auction with the Jewish Federation.
9. Integrate New Bank Account to Registration Form and Pay Pal Portal
10. Build a new Join the Community HTML code
11. Build a New Icontact List for Specific Auction
12. Extend Specific Icontact list to 15,000
13. Secure Unique URL(s) if Wanted
